The Lark

Nomico Electrical were the electrical contractors for The Lark, a 261 apartment development. Works included full electrical installation, fire alarm systems, smoke extraction systems, electric vehicle chargers and a lighting control system.

The Lark is a 261 apartment development for Galliard Homes split over 3 blocks comprising of 195 private & 66 rented dwellings. We completed the full electrical installation of the apartments & all infrastructure works including mains distribution for residential & landlords services.

Nomico had full design responsibility & installation of the fire alarm system & apartment blocks smoke extract systems. We also installed car park ventilation via one of our valued contractors PVE.

Electric Vehicle charging points for the ground floor car park were also installed. A complete scene setting lighting control system was installed to the ground floor main entrance area.
