Nine Elms

Full electrical installation for a large development of 894 flats including apartment fit outs, fire alarm and CCTV systems, door entry and intruder alarms.

A very large and complex project for Telford Homes. This development consists of two blocks (B & D) with a total of 894 flats across the project. Nomico are the electrical contractors carrying out all of the electrical infrastructure and apartment fit outs.

We are also carrying out the installation of the fire alarm system, CCTV system, door entry system & intruder alarm system.

As part of this project we are also carrying out many amenity area fit outs across both blocks which consist of a gym, dog wash, external terrace on the first floor, a large reception and lobby area on the ground floor, a bar, lounge and games room area and a library, dining & lounge area.

All of the lighting in the amenity areas has a full lighting control system that links back to the reception area so lighting can be controlled and scene settings adjusted from there.
